Progression Roadmap
What should you be doing at each stage, from Level 1 to the Level 45 cap. Check tasks off manually — nothing syncs automatically.
Path
Do useful things as you go so you don't have to stop later and grind everything separately.
Leveling Guidance
Important Progression Rules
These rules apply regardless of your chosen path. They are informational — not trackable tasks.
Pet / Mount
Account-wide progression — collect once, benefit all characters. Unlocks after Level 10 "Gathering Essentials" quest.
- Kill monsters → obtain Soul Shards → collect 10 → unlock Pet/Mount.
- Pets become Mounts.
- Pet/Mount stats and buffs are ACCOUNT-WIDE and shared between characters.
- Pet/Mount progression becomes available AFTER completing the Level 10 "Gathering Essentials" quest.
- Pet/Mount collection is a parallel progression system.
- Early priority should be collection rather than heavily farming one creature.
Do not stop leveling to farm Souls. Kill monsters naturally while passing through areas during quests. Collect Soul Shards naturally while progressing.
Enchanting
Conserve resources for Level 45 gear.
- Try not to heavily enchant gear before Level 45 — leveling gear is disposable and gets replaced quickly.
- Weapon: a few upgrades are okay if you are struggling.
- Avoid heavily enchanting temporary armor/accessories.
- Do not waste enhancement materials on gear that will soon be replaced.
RUNE WARNING: Do not recklessly break/use your runes. If an enhancement fails and the rune breaks/disappears, you will need to wait until you obtain more later.
Manastones
Use wisely on leveling gear — save for Level 45.
- Manastones can be used on leveling gear if needed.
- You can use a Manastone once if needed.
- Do not keep rerolling or repeatedly replacing Manastones on temporary leveling gear.
- You will need Manastones later for better gear.
- Avoid spending too many resources on gear that will soon be replaced.
- The general rule is to use resources when they provide a meaningful benefit, but avoid heavily investing in temporary gear before Level 45.
Manastones are limited. Do not waste them on gear you will replace at Level 45.
Kinah
The most important resource — save it.
- Kinah is needed for: Crafting, Enchanting, Buying items, Other progression expenses.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR KINAH. Save Kinah while leveling.
Side Quests
Check for valuable rewards — don't do all of them.
- Check side quests for useful rewards, especially while leveling toward Level 45 through the Main Quest.
- Do not complete every side quest automatically.
- Prioritize side quests that provide: Useful gear, Important items, Valuable rewards.
- IMPORTANT JEWELRY RULE: Before Level 30 — Do NOT recommend looking at or prioritizing Jewelry/Accessories from Side Quests.
- After Level 30 — Jewelry from Side Quests can become useful and may be considered.
Gathering
Level naturally while questing — avoid dedicated sessions later.
- Gather naturally while questing — nodes you pass, don't go out of your way.
- Top gear needs rare Odellium; gathering occasionally while questing prevents needing a long 1–2 hour gathering session later.
- Other players also compete for gathering nodes.
- Gathering should generally be leveled naturally while progressing.
- Do not necessarily stop leveling for long dedicated gathering sessions.
Gathering levels are recommended targets, not hard requirements. You decide how much you want to gather.

- Main Story drives progression.
- Gather nodes you pass — don't go out of your way, but don't ignore them.
- Do Hideouts as you find them; they give good rewards.
- Early Stronghold: do as encountered.
- Pet/Mount Soul collection happens naturally while questing (see Guidance).
Level 10–25
Early Game

- Strongholds: do them as they unlock — good XP and rewards.
- Gathering: maintain naturally; collect materials as you go.
- Pet/Mount Soul collection happens naturally while questing (see Guidance).
- Side Quests before Level 30: do not prioritize for Accessories/Jewelry (see Guidance).
Level 25–40

- Daevanion/Stigma/Manastones: keep them current with your level.

- Finish Main Story, then gear up for cap.
- Enchanting: active priority — Weapon → Armor → Belt → Accessories.
- Gathering: maintain naturally for Odellium access.
- Strongholds: continue as available.
- Hideouts: do as you encounter them.
- Krao Cave — Conquest (700 GS): clear it as a milestone.
Level 45

- Optimize gear, stigma, daevanion for your build.
- Run dungeons/expeditions for gear progression.
- Abyss for AP/gear if interested in PvP.
- Gathering: maintain naturally for Odellium access.
- Strongholds, Hideouts, Nightmare, Feather collection, Spacetime Rift, Rift Strongholds/Hideouts: endgame progression.
